Cancellation/Refund policy for Registration
In the event that you cancel your registration or accommodation, you must notify Top Kinisis Conferences & Events in writing. The following cancellation policy will apply:
- Cancellations received prior to 19th of June 2026 (3pm CET): 100% refund of registration
- Cancellations received between 20th of June to 7th of August 2026 (3pm CET): 50% refund of registration
- Cancellations received as from the 8th of August 2026, onwards (3pm CET): No refund
ACCOMMODATION
Attendees of the 3rd Mediterranean Conference of Plastic Surgery Innovations can benefit from special rates at the Elounda Beach and Elounda Bay Hotel (Conference Venue). All rooms offer sea views, with the exception of the student rooms.
Important Note: Hotels are obliged to charge 10 Euros per room/per night, as a Climate Resilience tax which must be paid in person, on-site at the Hotel.
Cancellation/Refund policy for Accommodation
In the event that you cancel your accommodation, you must notify Top Kinisis Conferences & Events in writing. The following cancellation policy will apply:
- Full refunds (net of bank charges) will be provided against written cancellations received prior to May 31st (3pm CET).
- 50% refunds (net of bank charges) will be provided against written cancellations received between June 21st – August 8th (3pm CET).
- No refunds will be provided after June 1st (3pm CET).
