Dear Colleagues,

The Division of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery of the University of Colorado in collaboration with leading professional societies is pleased to announce the 3rd Mediterranean Conference of Plastic Surgery Innovations, to be held September 5-7, 2026 at the Elounda Beach Hotel in Crete, Greece.

The upcoming conference will showcase a broad spectrum of aesthetic and reconstructive topics, with a special focus on innovations and today’s most debated issues. A carefully designed scientific program is already in progress and will be finalized in the coming months. We will share it with you once it is finalized. Each session will feature presentations by highly respected local and international leaders, ensuring a high-quality, dynamic and thought-provoking experience for all attendees.

The conference is designed primarily for plastic surgeons specializing in aesthetic surgery, reconstructive surgery, and microsurgery. In addition, we will welcome colleagues from related specialties —such as ENT and oculoplastic surgery— as well as residents, medical students, and allied health professionals.

We anticipate strong international participation from all the surrounding continents (at least 3 continents) and the United States. Beyond the scientific sessions, the conference will include cultural and networking events, offering participants the chance to experience the warmth of Greek hospitality while building lasting professional relationships.

With warm regards,

Christodoulos Kaoutzanis, MD FACS
