*Registration Fees include:

FULL Programme (05/09, 06/09 & 07/09 2026). Conference material, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, Lunches, Welcome Cocktail Reception, access to exhibition area, poster viewing and certificate of participation.

Cancellation/Refund policy for Registration

In the event that you cancel your registration or accommodation, you must notify Top Kinisis Conferences & Events in writing.  The following cancellation policy will apply:

  • Cancellations received prior to 19th of June 2026 (3pm CET): 100% refund of registration
  • Cancellations received between 20th of June to 7th of August 2026 (3pm CET): 50% refund of registration
  • Cancellations received as from the 8th of August 2026, onwards (3pm CET): No refund

ACCOMMODATION

Attendees of the 3rd Mediterranean Conference of Plastic Surgery Innovations can benefit from special rates at the Elounda Beach and Elounda Bay Hotel (Conference Venue).

Important Note: Hotels are obliged to charge 10 Euros per room/per night, as a Climate Resilience tax which must be paid in person, on-site at the Hotel. 

Cancellation/Refund policy for Accommodation

In the event that you cancel your accommodation, you must notify Top Kinisis Conferences & Events in writing.  The following cancellation policy will apply:

  • Full refunds (net of bank charges) will be provided against written cancellations received prior to May 31st (3pm CET).
  • 50% refunds (net of bank charges) will be provided against written cancellations received between June 21st – August 8th (3pm CET).
  • No refunds will be provided after June 1st (3pm CET).
